Classic Plastics specializes in the design of custom binders, presentation folders, covers and sleeves with your specific application and needs in mind. Our heat-sealing equipment enables us to fabricate vinyl in a variety of shapes, sizes and thicknesses and provide the form and functionality needed to make your product work.

Custom Binders and Stock Binders:     

Classic Plastics stocks clear overlay binders in all capacities.  We offer custom vinyl binders, turned edge binders and poly binders.  We can make your custom binder with a variety of decorating including silk screening, foil stamping, debossing, embossing and appliquéing to enhance your company’s image.

Pocket Folders:

Presentation folders can be created to fit your every need.  We construct folders in various styles using recycled material as well as many other paper stocks.  CD and DVD options can be produced into your folder or we can produce a wide range of style CD or DVD holders by themselves.

Index Tabs: 

We produce custom decorated index tabs in various styles and configurations so you can better organize your printed material.

Vinyl Pockets:

Our heat-sealing equipment allows us to manufacture a variety of stock as well as custom vinyl pouches and sleeves in clear and various colored material.

Poly Boxes & Kits:

We can create a wide variety of sonic welded and tuck tab presentation boxes and kits.  Boxes can be custom printed and have many accessories from magnet and Velcro closures, handles, plastic latches and shoulder straps.
