Most in-stock merchandise offered on Classicplasticscorp.com is shipped directly to you within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays), custom products delivery time will be estimated with quoting.
Classic Plastics ships direct across the United States, Canada & Mexico via FedEx or alternative LTL freight companies. For shipments to other international destinations, Classic Plastics can ship out using a customer’s direct shipping account.
· Upon delivery, please count and inspect all cartons. For Fedex deliveries, contact us immediately with any damaged cartons. For Freight shipments mark any imperfections or damage due to shipping on the driver’s bill of lading. There could be concealed damage or shortage. If the damage and/or shortage is not noted on the bill of lading, a claim will not be paid.
· Most items can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses. However, some items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii if they are extremely heavy, oddly-shaped, or considered hazardous. Available shipping options will appear at checkout when you enter a shipping address.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will also receive an email with your tracking information (when available) after your order has shipped. You may cancel your order on in-stock products as long as your merchandise has not been shipped; there are no cancellations or refunds on custom orders once order is submitted.
