When moving cases exceeding standard weight limits, personnel ergonomics and safety become critical. The 16 nylon-reinforced handles are positioned around the entire perimeter of the bag, allowing a lift team of up to eight handlers to distribute the extreme weight evenly. This prevents severe back strain on funeral directors, morgue technicians, or first responders during complex extractions.

The Jumbo Bag is constructed from PE-SCRIM (Nylon Reinforced Polyethylene) with a heavy gauge thickness of 0.20 mm.

Despite its massive size, fluid containment remains a primary operational factor. The bag is fabricated using a strict sealed and sewn construction—meaning all structural seams are heat-sealed to prevent bloodborne pathogens or fluids from escaping. The closure utilizes a highly visible, black envelope-style zipper path outfitted with heavy-duty Double #10 Zippers that won’t separate under extreme horizontal tension.
