Standard Mortuary Garments
Our Standard Garments are made from durable vinyl and make an excellent economical option. They have resilient elastic openings for the ankles, legs, wrists, and waist ensuring a tighter fit. The vinyl material is offered in both white and clear. We have been manufacturing this line of garments for over 20 years.
Premium Mortuary Garments
Classic Plastics has formulated an exclusive “soft touch” mortuary garment line made from 6 mil Polyolefin referred to as the Premium Garments. Our Premium Garments’ “soft touch” material provides a quiet, soft feel that works great under clothing and is three times tougher than standard vinyl garments, providing superior tensile strength. This means no more ripped and torn garments. In addition, the Premium Garments do not contain chlorine making them Eco-friendly and cremation safe.
*We are the only manufacturer to offer a GIANT sized Unionall in the Premium Garments line.

The zipper stops in different locations based on whether it is our standard unionall or our EZ Load Unionall. For the standard unionall, the zipper stops at the stump of the body in the center. For our EZ Load Unionalls, the zipper curves down the right leg & stops above the ankle.

The thickness of Classic Plastics mortuary garments varies by material type to meet specific durability requirements. The vinyl mortuary garments are manufactured at 8 mil thickness, while the Premium Polyolefin (PEVA) garments are engineered at 6 mil thickness for a high-strength, eco-friendly alternative.
