Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for all unopened / unused products unless otherwise noted in a disclaimer for special sale events or final sale / clearance. Custom products are not eligible for returns. We will refund the original form of payment or offer credit toward a future purchase once the item is returned and inspected. Any product inspected to be used will not qualify for credit.

We accept applicable returns for items purchased on our website only. Any items of Classic Plastics purchased from outside distributors must be returned to the original point of purchase and is subject to their return policy.

We will arrange / pay for shipping of returns for any wrong item (an item that is different from the item ordered) shipped out by Classic Plastics. For all other instances of returns, Classic Plastics is not responsible for the return shipping (fees or mode of transport) of any item returned to Classic Plastics.
