A medium-duty workhorse, our classic PEVA 8-handle body bags measure 40″ x 95″. PEVA cadaver bags from Classic Plastics are made using our custom formulated polyvinyl acetate that is both soft, durable, and cremation safe.
Our 8-handle PEVA body bag has no PVC so it is burnable per EPA standards.

Primary Application: Crematoriums primarily use our PEVA mortuary bags because they are chlorine-free and burnable. These bags are also sometimes used by customers such as coroners, medical examiners, and medical transport companies.

Unlike cheap, heat-stamped handles that easily snap under pressure, the lifting straps on this bag are riveted and nylon-reinforced, sewn directly into the structural seams.

The seams are mechanically reinforced with electronic heat-seal bars to ensure compliance with OSHA Regulation 3130 (containment of bloodborne pathogens). This completely blocks fluid migration or leakages, even when transport involves tight corners or changes in elevation.
To satisfy institutional data tracking and chain-of-custody protocols, each individual bag includes 3 white identity tags tucked into an attached, transparent pocket window.
